The house was in an amazing location. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants. The roof top deck was perfect for having dinner, drinks and watching the fireworks. Could not be happier with how beautiful the home was decorated and perfect it was for a girls getaway, Barbara was constantly communicating with me throughout the whole process and making sure our stay was perfect.

The 3rd floor deck was really great, we had a great view of fire works over Goat Island. The apartments were extremely well stocked and very up to date. We especially enjoyed the artwork.

We rented this spectacular home for a wedding weekend and had the most amazing time. From the moment I made arrangements with Barbara, she was beyond helpful with any questions that I presented to her. The house is SPARKLING CLEAN and had every amenity needed. The beds were super comfortable and we all felt right at home during our stay. Everyone had a wonderful time playing all of the wonderful games and watching games on the big screen tv. I had the door open at one point waiting for an uber and some people were walking by and stopped to look in and ask what this place was. They couldn't believe it was a home. Super Cool!

Stayed in both units for a family vacation. Great location, well appointed, owner very helpful in preparation for our trip. Highly recommended.

We had a group of 9 adults and rented both the top and bottom condo units and it was the perfect setup for what we needed. Upstairs had 3 large bedroom and the master suite was great! Downstairs had more beds and a very large family/game room. 2 separate full kitchens although we only used one. Roof deck was a great place to just chill after our long days at the beach. The owner Barbara was very nice to work with and had great communication throughout our rental process. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back very soon!!!

We truely enjoyed our getaway weekend with family and friends. The condos were fantastic and we highly recommend a stay at 1 Bull Street!! You will not be disappointed.

This is our 2nd stay! We loved it just as much as last November's stay. Barbara is wonderful to work with along with Patti her manager. No other place in Newport can offer as much! Barbara pays attention to deals.. from snacks, wine, Alexa, but the best is the WONDERFUL mattress and pilllows!!! Great home indoors with all the game tables, big tv and spacious living area.

We walked everywhere shops, harbor, grocery store. Many great (even very affordable- to us that was surprising for Newport) restaurants just out side the front door.

LOVE it so much we are coming back in May!!

Hubby and I had a great weekend getaway at Barbara’s cool and trendy condo. This is not your standard rental, from the high end chefs kitchen, exposed brick and cool decor like the old style wooden phone booth! We made great use of the pool table. Location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere! We hope to visit again when the weather is a bit warmer.

First...we are frequent travelers and are rather picky about our accommodations. This place fit our "pickiness" perfectly. Very, very comfortable, great location, AWESOME mattress and linens and... immaculately clean. Just to sum it up...we loved it.

We didn't meet Barbra in person, but had several conversations with her and she was a wonderful hostess. She provided great recommendations, spot-on guidance and advice about the local area, and even helped me with a parking situation which I encountered (totally my fault by the way). Everything you need is here. If you want to cook...great stove and utensils. If you want to walk Newport...great location for walking everywhere. If you just want to lock yourself away from the world...you will certainly be happy here,

Stay here. Choose this place. If you are coming to Newport this is a great choice. We were happy and my guess is you will be too.

Complaints...ahhh...mmmm...OK - NONE!

The pictures don't do it justice! I don't think we've ever stayed in a better vacation rental.  The location was perfect, walkable to everything you want to see and do in Newport.  The apartment was spotless, very large living room and kitchen, separate bar, and everything was very well done. Granite countertops everywhere, all you needed to cook ( but who would want to, with all the great restaurants nearby), beautiful leather couch, shuffleboard, foosball, and pool table all in the open area, with exposed brick and high ceilings.The bed was extremely comfortable, with nice bedding.  We especially enjoyed the little humorous touches here and there. Everything was provided so no trips to the store for toilet paper or tissues!

A perfect location to explore Newport and surrounding areas, and plenty of options in walking distance. The hosts and accommodations were great, and had everything we might have needed for a relaxing stay, including excellent tips on local restaurants and attractions.

First time in Newport, unsure what to expect, we loved every bit of this trip and we will be back. This property is wonderful, very well appointed and taken care of. The property rules were well understood and appreciated. Location couldn’t be beat and the host was so kind and helpful, we will book again in the future!

This property is amazing and centrally located within walking distance of restaurants and grocery. Barbara is a wonderful host and she made sure this property is very well taken care of. We visited restaurants at a couple of hotels and realized you have so much more space and functionality by staying here instead of a small hotel room. Everything is as described. Awesome trip?
